No Advancing. Under no circumstance shall the Subservicer make or have an obligation to make any Advances. The Subservicer will promptly notify the Master Servicer in accordance with the Task Description if the Subservicer believes that a Servicing Advance is or will be required to be made with respect to any Mortgage Loan.
