Common use of No Adverse Interest of Custodian Clause in Contracts

No Adverse Interest of Custodian. By execution of this Agreement, the Custodian represents and warrants that it currently holds, and during the existence of this Agreement shall hold, no adverse interest, by way of security or otherwise, in any Contract subject to the Indenture, and hereby waives and releases any such interest that it may have in any such Contract as of the date such Contract becomes subject to the Indenture.

No Adverse Interest of Custodian. By execution of this Agreement, the Custodian represents and warrants that it currently holds, and during the existence of this Agreement shall hold, no adverse interest, by way of security or otherwise, in any Contract subject to the IndentureLoan Contract, and hereby waives and releases any such interest that which it may have in any such Loan Contract as of the date such Contract becomes subject to the Indenturehereof.
