No Adverse Tax Event. The Primary Servicer shall not enter into any modification, waiver or amendment of any term of, or take any of the other acts referenced in this Section 3.15 with respect to, any Mortgage Loan that would result in an Adverse REMIC Event with respect to any REMIC Pool or an Adverse Grantor Trust Event with respect to any Grantor Trust Pool (the Primary Servicer shall not be liable for decisions made under this subsection which were made in good faith and it may rely on Opinions of Counsel in making such decisions).
