No adverse. comments (a) Each of the Sellers shall not, and shall procure that each member of the Sellers’ Group shall not, make any adverse or derogatory comment in public (or to the present or former customers, suppliers or employees of the Group), about the Buyer, the Buyer’s Affiliates, any Group Company, and their respective directors. (b) The Buyer shall not make any adverse or derogatory comment in public (or to the present or former customers, suppliers or employees of the Group) about any of the Sellers.
