Purchaser is not subscribing for the Securities as a result of, or pursuant to, any advertisement, article, notice or other communication published in any newspaper, magazine or similar media or broadcast over television or radio or presented at any seminar or meeting. Purchaser understands that no United States federal or state agency, or similar agency of any other country, has passed upon or made any recommendation or endorsement of the Company, this transaction or the purchase of the Securities.
