No Advertising or General Solicitation. Investor represents and warrants to Company all of the following: (i) that, the sale of the Securities to Investor was not accomplished by the publication of any written or printed communication, any pre-recorded telephone communication or any communication spoken on radio, television or similar communication media; and (ii) that Investor has not seen or received any advertisement or general solicitation with respect to the sale of any of the securities of Company, including, without limitation, the Securities.
