Common use of No Advertising or Promotion Clause in Contracts

No Advertising or Promotion. Except as set out in section 9.3, the Contractor shall not advertise or promote its relationship with WorkSafeBC or the existence of this Agreement, or use WorkSafeBC’s name, official marks, trademarks, any contents of this Agreement, or the name or image of any Injured Worker for any purpose whatsoever, including related to advertising, promotion, publications or mailing lists, whether verbally or in written form, except where WorkSafeBC’s Procurement Services Department provides the Contractor prior written approval and then only in strict compliance with that approval. If WorkSafeBC, in its sole discretion, determines that there is any use in non-compliance with this section, WorkSafeBC may, as it determines in its sole discretion, direct the Contractor to cease the non-compliance or may terminate this Agreement immediately under section 3.3 or both.
