Common use of NO ADVICE FROM THE COMPANY Clause in Contracts

NO ADVICE FROM THE COMPANY. The Investor acknowledges that it has had the opportunity to review this Agreement and the transactions contemplated by this Agreement with its own legal counsel and investment and tax advisors. The Investor is relying solely on such counsel and advisors and not on any statements or representations of the Company or any of its representatives or agents for legal, tax or investment advice with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or the securities laws of any jurisdiction. The Investor is acquiring the Securities hereunder in the ordinary course of its business. The Investor acknowledges and agrees that the Company neither makes nor has made any representations or warranties with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby other than those specifically set forth in Section 4 hereof.
