Common use of No Advisory Relationship Clause in Contracts

No Advisory Relationship. You acknowledge and agree that (a) the purchase and sale of the Shares pursuant to this Agreement is an arms-length transaction between you and the Company, (b) neither the Company nor the Series is acting as your agent or fiduciary or assumes any advisory or fiduciary responsibility in your favor in connection with the Shares, and neither the Company nor the Series has provided you with any legal, accounting, regulatory or tax advice with respect to the Shares, and you have consulted your own respective legal, accounting, regulatory and tax advisors to the extent you have deemed appropriate.
