No Affect on Other Provisions Sample Clauses

No Affect on Other Provisions. Except as expressly set forth in this Section 4, the provisions of the Representation Agreement intended to survive termination shall survive such termination, including, but not limited to, the provisions of Section 3.3(d) and Section 12 thereof which the parties hereby agree shall apply in full force and effect notwithstanding the termination effected by this Agreement.
