Common use of No Agency Exculpation Clause in Contracts

No Agency Exculpation. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any Loan Document, no indemnification or exculpatory rights of the Administrative Agent (including those provided for in Article IX) shall apply, as between the Loan Parties on one hand, and any Lenders on the other hand, benefit of the Required Lenders including, without limitation, if at any time the Required Lenders shall be serving as the Administrative Agent hereunder.
