Common use of No Agency or Joint Venture Relationship Clause in Contracts

No Agency or Joint Venture Relationship. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to create any association, partnership, joint venture or relationship of principal, agent, master or servant between the Parties hereto or, in the case of Palomar, any Palomar Affiliates, or, in the case of Axxx, any Axxx Affiliates, or to provide any Party with the right, power or authority to incur any obligation or make any representations, warranties or guarantees on behalf of the other Party.

No Agency or Joint Venture Relationship. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to create any association, partnership, joint venture or relationship of principal, agent, master or servant between the Parties hereto or, in the case of Palomar, any Palomar Affiliates, or, in the case of AxxxCynosure, any Axxx Cynosure Affiliates, or to provide any Party with the right, power or authority to incur any obligation or make any representations, warranties or guarantees on behalf of the any other Party.
