Common use of No Agency or Partnership Clause in Contracts

No Agency or Partnership. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or joint venture or contract of employment between the Parties nor constitute either Party the agent of the other. Neither Party shall act or describe itself as the agent of the other, nor shall it make or represent that it has authority to make any commitments on the other’s behalf, including but not limited to the making of any representations or warranty and the exercise of any right or power.

No Agency or Partnership.
