NO AGREEMENT TO LEND. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that the purpose for entry into this Agreement is the facilitation of the business transactions contemplated between Consignor and Consignee and the protection of the security interest of Global in the Inventory and proceeds. This Agreement is not an agreement by Global to lend to Consignor, nor does it alter or amend the respective rights and obligations contained in any Loan and Security Agreement or other agreement between Global and Consignor.
