No Agreements on Directorships. Other than as set forth in Section 5.01(cc) of the Company Disclosure Schedule, neither the Company, any of the Company Subsidiaries nor any Affiliate of the Company has entered into any agreement that obligates the Company or any Company Subsidiary to elect any individual to serve on the Company Board or the board of directors of any of the Company Subsidiaries, and as of the date hereof, there are no obligations or commitments on the part of the Company, or any Company Subsidiary or Affiliate of the Company to elect any individual to serve on the Company Board or the board of directors of any Company Subsidiary.
No Agreements on Directorships. None of Alaska Pacific, Alaska Pacific Bank or any Affiliate of Alaska Pacific has entered into any agreement which obligates Alaska Pacific or Alaska Pacific Bank to elect any individual to serve on the Alaska Pacific Board or the board of directors of Alaska Pacific Bank, and as of the date hereof, there are no obligations or commitments on the part of Alaska Pacific, or Alaska Pacific Bank or an Affiliate of Alaska Pacific to elect any individual to serve on Alaska Pacific Board or the board of directors of Alaska Pacific Bank.
No Agreements on Directorships. Neither Simplicity nor any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates has entered into any agreement which obligates Simplicity to elect any individual to serve on the Simplicity Board or the Simplicity Bank Board, and as of the date hereof, there are no obligations or commitments on the part of Simplicity or any of its Affiliates to elect any individual to serve on the Simplicity Board.
No Agreements on Directorships. Other than as set forth in Section 6.4(c) below, none of HomeStreet, any Subsidiary of HomeStreet or any Affiliate of HomeStreet has entered into any agreement which obligates HomeStreet or a Subsidiary of HomeStreet to elect any individual to serve on HomeStreet Board or the board of directors of any Subsidiary of HomeStreet, and as of the date hereof, there are no obligations or commitments on the part of HomeStreet, or any Subsidiary or Affiliate of HomeStreet to elect any individual to serve on HomeStreet Board or the board of directors of any Subsidiary of HomeStreet.
No Agreements on Directorships. Except as Previously Disclosed, neither Hawthorne, any Subsidiary of Hawthorne nor any Hawthorne Affiliate has entered into any agreement which obligates Hawthorne or Hawthorne Bank to elect any individual to serve on the Hawthorne Board or the Hawthorne Bank Board, and as of the date hereof, there are no obligations or commitments on the part of Hawthorne, Hawthorne Bank or any Hawthorne Affiliate to elect any individual to serve on the Hawthorne Board or the Hawthorne Bank Board.
No Agreements on Directorships. Neither OCBB nor any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates has entered into any agreement which obligates OCBB to elect any individual to serve on the OCBB Board or the OCBB Board, and as of the date hereof, there are no obligations or commitments on the part of OCBB or any of its Affiliates to elect any individual to serve on the OCBB Board.
No Agreements on Directorships. Neither CFC, any Subsidiary of CFC nor any Affiliate of CFC has entered into any agreement which obligates CFC or a Subsidiary of CFC to elect any individual to serve on the CFC Board or the board of directors of any Subsidiary of CFC, and as of the date hereof, there are no obligations or commitments on the part of CFC, or any Subsidiary or Affiliate of CFC to elect any individual to serve on the CFC Board or the board of directors of any Subsidiary of CFC.
No Agreements on Directorships. Neither Calnet nor any Calnet Affiliate has entered into any agreement which obligates Calnet to elect any individual to serve on the Calnet Board and as of the date hereof, there are no obligations or commitments on the part of Calnet or any Calnet Affiliate to elect any individual to serve on the Calnet Board.
No Agreements on Directorships. Neither FFSW, any Subsidiary ------------------------------ of FFSW nor any affiliate of FFSW has entered into any agreement which obligates FFSW or FFB to elect any individual to serve on the FFSW Board, the FFB Board or the board of directors of any other Subsidiary of FFSW, and as of the date hereof, there are no obligations or commitments on the part of FFSW, FFB or any affiliate of FFSW to elect any individual to serve on the FFSW Board, the FFB Board or the board of directors of any other Subsidiary of FFSW.
No Agreements on Directorships. Except as Previously Disclosed, neither CCBI, any Subsidiary of CCBI nor any affiliate of CCBI has entered into any agreement which obligates CCBI or CCB to elect any individual to serve on the CCBI Board, the CCB Bank Board or the board of directors of any Subsidiary of CCBI, and as of the date hereof, there are no obligations or commitments on the part of CCBI, CCB or any affiliate of CCBI to elect any individual to serve on the CCBI Board, the CCB Bank Board or the board of directors of any Subsidiary of CCBI.
