No Alteration of Cover Provisions. Nothing in this Section 13 shall add to, detract from or otherwise modify the provisions of this Agreement concerning the failure or refusal of Seller to deliver Gas or the failure or refusal of Buyer to receive Gas under this Agreement, for which the sole recourse and remedy is set forth in Section 2.4.
