Common use of No Alteration Clause in Contracts

No Alteration. not alter, modify or in any manner change the (1) elevation and exterior colour scheme of the Said Apartment and the Said Building and (2) design and/or the colour scheme of the windows, grills and the main door of the Said Apartment. In the event the Allottee makes any alterations/changes, the Allottee shall compensate the Promoter /the Association (upon formation) (as the case may be) as estimated by the Promoter /the Association (upon formation) for restoring it to its original state.
