Common use of No Alteration Clause in Contracts

No Alteration. not alter, modify or in any manner change the (1) elevation and exterior colour scheme of the Said Flat and the Said Building and (2) design and/or the colour scheme of the windows, grills and the main door of the Said Flat. In the event the Buyer makes any alterations/changes, the Buyer shall compensate the Developer /the Association (upon formation) (as the case may be) as estimated by the Developer /the Association (upon formation) for restoring it to its original state.

No Alteration. not Not alter, modify or in any manner change the (1) elevation and exterior colour scheme of the Said Flat and the Said Building building complex and (2) design and/or the colour scheme of the windows, grills and the main door of the Said FlatFlat without the permission in writing of the Developer. In the event the Buyer makes any Purchasers make the said alterations/changes, the Buyer Purchasers shall compensate the Developer /the Association (upon formation) (as the case may be) as estimated by the Developer /the Association (upon formation) for restoring it to its original stateDeveloper.

In the event the Buyer makes any alterations/changes, the Buyer shall compensate the Developer Promoter/Vendor /the Association (upon formation) (as the case may be) as estimated by the Developer /the Promoter/Vendor/the Association (upon formation) for restoring it to its original state.

In the event the Buyer Buyer(s) makes any the said alterations/changes, the Buyer Buyer(s) shall compensate the Developer /the / Promoter/Association (upon formation) (as the case may be) as estimated by the Developer /the Association (upon formation) for restoring it to its original state/ Promoter/Association.
