No alterations to electrical installations. (1) The Tenant must not make any alterations or additions to the electrical installations or wiring on the Premises without the Landlord's prior consent. (2) The Tenant must not install any electrical equipment which overloads the cables or sub-boards through which electricity is conveyed to the Premises.
