Lender and Tenant agree that Tenant's interest in and obligations under the Lease shall not be altered or modified without the prior written consent of Lender. Lender and Tenant also agree that Tenant shall neither assign the Lease or allow it to be assigned in any manner nor sublet the Demised Premises or any part thereof without the prior written consent of Lender in any situation where Landlord's consent to any such action is required under the Lease.
