Common use of No Amendment or Cancellation of Lease Clause in Contracts

No Amendment or Cancellation of Lease. As long as the Mortgage remains undischarged of record, Tenant shall not agree to amend or modify the Lease in any material respect, or agree to cancel or terminate the Lease or agree to subordinate the Lease to any other mortgage or deed of trust, without Agent’s prior written consent in each instance.

No Amendment or Cancellation of Lease. As So long as the Mortgage remains undischarged of record, except as expressly permitted by the Lease, Tenant shall not agree to amend or modify the Lease in any material respectamend, or agree to modify, cancel or terminate the Lease Lease, or consent to an amendment, modification, cancellation or termination of the Lease, or agree to subordinate the Lease to any other mortgage or deed of trustmortgage, without Agent’s 's prior written consent in each instance.

As So long as the Mortgage Deed of Trust remains undischarged of record, Tenant shall not agree to amend or modify the Lease in any material respectamend, or agree to modify, cancel or terminate the Lease Lease, or agree to subordinate the Lease to any other mortgage or deed of trustmortgage, without Agent’s Lender's prior written consent in each instance.

No Amendment or Cancellation of Lease. As long as the Mortgage remains undischarged of record, Tenant shall not agree to amend or modify the Lease in any material respect, or agree to cancel or terminate the Lease or agree (except with respect to subordinate Tenant’s express termination rights under the Lease to any other mortgage or deed of trustLease), without Agent’s prior written consent in each instance.

As So long as the Mortgage remains undischarged of recordrecord and except as provided herein to the contrary (including paragraph 6 hereof), Tenant shall not agree to amend or modify the Lease in any material respectLease, or agree consent to cancel an amendment or terminate modification of the Lease Lease, or agree to subordinate the Lease to any other mortgage or deed of trustMortgage, without Agent’s prior written consent in each instanceinstance if required under the Mortgage or other Loan Documents, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.

As So long as the Mortgage remains undischarged of record, Tenant shall not agree to amend or modify the Lease in any material respectamend, or agree to modify, cancel or terminate the Lease Lease, or consent to an amendment, modification, cancellation or termination of the Lease, or agree to subordinate the Lease to any other mortgage or deed of trustmortgage, without AgentLxxxxx’s prior written consent in each instance; provided however, the foregoing shall not be construed to require Lxxxxx’s consent for Tenant to exercise any right to terminate expressly granted in the Lease.

As So long as the Mortgage Assignment remains undischarged of record, Tenant shall not agree to amend or modify the Lease in any material respectrespect or cancel the Lease, or agree consent to cancel an amendment or terminate modification in any material respect or cancellation of the Lease Lease, or agree to subordinate the Lease to any other mortgage or deed of trustmortgage, without Agent’s Lenders prior written consent in each instance.
