Common use of No Amendment to Agreement Clause in Contracts

No Amendment to Agreement. This Memorandum is executed and recorded solely for the purpose of giving notice of the Agreement and of certain of the terms set forth therein. Nothing contained in this Memorandum shall be deemed to modify, amend, alter, limit or otherwise change any of the provisions of the Agreement itself or the rights or obligations of the Parties thereunder. In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Agreement and the terms of this Memorandum, the terms of the Agreement shall control.

No Amendment to Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in the event of certain of the terms set forth therein. Nothing contained in this Memorandum shall be deemed to modify, amend, alter, limit or otherwise change any of a conflict between the provisions of the Agreement itself or the rights or obligations of the Parties thereunder. In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Agreement and the terms of this Memorandum, the terms provisions of the Agreement shall controlcontrol in all respects.
