No amendment to Assignable Charterparty Clause Samples
No amendment to Assignable Charterparty not waive or fail to enforce, any Assignable Charterparty to which it is a party or any of its provisions, unless that waiver or failure to enforce does not create a Material Adverse Effect, and will promptly notify the Lender of any amendment or supplement to any Assignable Charterparty;
No amendment to Assignable Charterparty not without the prior written consent of the Lender, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, waive or fail to enforce, any Assignable Charterparty to which it is a party or any of its provisions, and will promptly notify the Lender of any material, in the opinion of the Lender, amendment or supplement to any Assignable Charterparty;
