No Amendment to Duties of KEXIM Facility Agent Without Consent. The KEXIM Facility Agent shall not be bound by any waiver, amendment, supplement or modification of this Agreement or any other Financing Document, including the KEXIM Guarantee, that affects its rights or duties hereunder or thereunder unless such KEXIM Facility Agent shall have given its prior written consent, in its capacity as KEXIM Facility Agent thereto.
