No Amendment to Duties of Term Loan Facility Agent Without Consent. The Term Loan Facility Agent shall not be bound by any waiver, amendment, supplement or modification of this Agreement or any other Finance Document that affects its rights or duties hereunder or thereunder unless such Term Loan Facility Agent shall have given its prior written consent, in its capacity as Term Loan Facility Agent thereto.
