No amendment to Master Agreement; Transactions. The Borrower will not: (a) agree to any amendment or supplement to, or waive or fail to enforce, the Master Agreement or any of its provisions; or (b) enter into any Transaction pursuant to the Master Agreement except Designated Transactions.
