Permit the amendment, modification, restatement, or other changes to the organizational documents of Borrower including, if applicable, the articles of incorporation or organization, by-laws, or operating partnership agreement, unless Borrower sends Lender the proposed changes to such organizational documents no less than thirty (30) days prior to the effective date thereto;
