Common use of No Amendments to Financing Documents Clause in Contracts

No Amendments to Financing Documents. Lessor covenants and agrees that Lessor will not, without the prior written consent of Lessee, amend, modify, supplement or waive any provision of any Financing Document in such a way as to materially increase Lessee's obligations hereunder or materially reduce Lessee's rights hereunder. The representations, warranties and covenants of Lessor under Sections 5(a) and 5(b) and this Section 5(c) shall survive the execution and delivery of this Lease and the delivery of the Aircraft and the Restatement Date.
