Common use of NO ARBITRATION Clause in Contracts

NO ARBITRATION. Any and all disputes involving this Agreement, including the breach or alleged breach thereof, may not be submitted to arbitration unless specifically agreed to in writing by the Board of Directors after consultation with the ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ counsel, but must instead only be heard in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, with venue in Ulster County, or if appropriate, in the Federal District Court, with venue in the Northern District of New York, Albany Division.

NO ARBITRATION. Any and all disputes involving this Agreement, including the breach or alleged breach thereof, may not be submitted to arbitration unless specifically agreed to in writing by the Board of Directors Executive or the Purchasing Director, after consultation with the ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ counselUlster County Attorney, but must instead only be heard in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, with venue in Ulster County, or if appropriate, in the Federal District Court, with venue in the Northern District of New York, Albany Division.

NO ARBITRATION. Any and all disputes involving this Agreement, including the breach or alleged breach thereof, may not be submitted to arbitration unless specifically agreed to thereto in writing by the Board Chairperson of Directors after the County Legislature of the County’s Director of Purchasing, in consultation with the ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ counselUlster County Attorney or designee, but must instead only be heard in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, with venue in Ulster County, County or if appropriate, in the Federal District Court, Court with venue in the Northern District of New York, Albany Division.

NO ARBITRATION. Any and all disputes involving this Agreement, including the breach or alleged breach thereof, may not be submitted to arbitration unless specifically agreed to thereto in writing by the Board Chairman of Directors after the County’s Legislature, in consultation with the ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ counselRensselaer County Attorney or designee, but must instead only be heard in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, with closest venue in Ulster County, to Rensselaer County or if appropriate, in the Federal District Court, Court with venue in the Northern District of New York, Albany Division.
