No Area or Amenity Representations. Purchaser hereby acknowledges that neither Seller nor any of the Seller Parties have made any representation upon which the Purchaser has relied regarding schools, churches, restaurants, availability of ski, golf or other recreational or community amenities, public facilities or future development of the area in which the Resort is located.
