No Assignment. This Agreement may not be assigned by any Party hereto except with the prior written consent of the other Parties.
No Assignment. This Agreement is not assignable.
No Assignment. This Agreement and all rights and obligations of the Executive hereunder are personal to the Executive and may not be transferred or assigned by the Executive at any time. The Company may assign its rights under this Agreement to any entity that assumes the Company’s obligations hereunder in connection with any sale or transfer of all or a substantial portion of the Company’s assets to such entity.
No Assignment. Neither party shall have the right to assign that party's interest in this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party.

No Assignment. The HSP will not assign this Agreement or the Funding in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, without the prior written consent of the LHIN. No assignment or subcontract shall relieve the HSP from its obligations under this Agreement or impose any liability upon the LHIN to any assignee or subcontractor. The LHIN may assign this Agreement or any of its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any one or more of the LHINs or to the MOHLTC.
No Assignment. Supplier shall not delegate or assign its rights or obligation without DXC’s prior written consent. Any attempted delegation or assignment by Supplier without such consent shall be void.
No Assignment. No assignment (within the meaning of the Act) of this Sub-Advisory Agreement may be made without the express written consent of all parties hereto.
No Assignment. The HSP will not assign this Agreement or the Funding in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, without the prior written consent of the Funder. No assignment or subcontract shall relieve the HSP from its obligations under this Agreement or impose any liability upon the Funder to any assignee or subcontractor. The Funder may assign this Agreement or any of its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any one or more agencies or ministries of His Majesty the King in right of Ontario and as otherwise directed by the Ministry.
No Assignment. Executive represents and warrants to the Company Releasees that there has been no assignment or other transfer of any interest in any Claim that Executive may have against the Company Releasees. Executive agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company Releasees from any liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and attorneys’ fees incurred as a result of any such assignment or transfer from Executive.
