No Assignment by Borrower. The Borrower shall not assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of each of the Lenders.

If Lender approves an assignment hereof by Borrower, Lender shall be entitled to make advances to such assignee and such advances shall be evidenced by the Note and secured by the Loan Documents. Borrower shall remain liable for payment of all sums advanced hereunder before and after such assignment.
No Assignment by Borrower. Except as expressly permitted herein, Borrower shall not assign or transfer any of its rights hereunder without the prior written consent of Lender. Any assignment made without Lender's prior written consent shall be void.
