No Assignment by Borrower. None of the Borrower Parties may assign its rights or obligations under this Agreement or the other Loan Documents without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent and one hundred percent (100%) of the Lenders. Subject to the foregoing, all provisions contained in this Agreement and the other Loan Documents and in any document or agreement referred to herein or therein or relating hereto or thereto shall inure to the benefit of the Administrative Agent and each Lender, their respective successors and assigns, and shall be binding upon each of the Borrower Parties and such Person’s successors and assigns.
