Common use of No Assignment by Borrower Clause in Contracts

No Assignment by Borrower. The Borrower may not assign any of its rights or otherwise transfer any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement or the Facility Documents without the prior written consent of the Bank Agent, acting on the instructions of all the Banks.
