NO ASSIGNMENT, ETC. The Individual Contractor may not assign, transfer, pledge or make any other disposition of the Agreement, of any part of the Agreement, or of any of the rights, claims, benefits, proceeds or obligations under the Agreement, except with the prior written consent of UNOPS.
NO ASSIGNMENT, ETC of Pre-delivery Contracts Save as permitted by the Transaction Documents, each Debtor party to any Pre-delivery Contract shall not assign, novate, transfer or dispose of any of its rights or obligations under any Pre-delivery Contract.
NO ASSIGNMENT, ETC of MOA Each Debtor party to an MOA shall not assign, novate, transfer or dispose of any of its rights or obligations under such MOA.
NO ASSIGNMENT, ETC. The Locked-In Funds cannot be assigned, charged, anticipated or given as security, except as permitted by the Pension Act or Pension Regulations and the Tax Act. Any transaction purporting to do so is void. The Locked-In Funds cannot be commuted or surrendered during the Annuitant’s lifetime, except as permitted by Part VI of the Pension Act and the Tax Act. Any transaction purporting to do so is void.
NO ASSIGNMENT, ETC. Subject to subsection 25(4) of the Act and subsection 53(3) of the Pooled Registered Pension Plans Act, the funds in the plan or any interest or right in those funds may not be transferred, assigned, charged, anticipated or given as security and any transaction purporting to assign, transfer, charge, anticipate or give the funds as security is void.
NO ASSIGNMENT, ETC. The Locked-In Funds cannot be assigned, charged, anticipated or given as security under a LIRA, except as permitted under the Pension Act.
NO ASSIGNMENT, ETC. The Annuitant hereby agrees that none of the LIF assets may be assigned, charged, anticipated or given as security. Any transaction purporting to the contrary is void.
NO ASSIGNMENT, ETC. This Agreement shall be binding upon and insure the benefit of the parties hereto, and to the successors of the undersigned parties; however, neither this Agreement nor any rights or other obligations hereunder may be assigned by the parties without prior written consent of the other party and any attempt or purported assignment with respect to such consent shall be void.
NO ASSIGNMENT, ETC. The Customer may not without the prior written consent of CSD assign or dispose of this agreement, part with any interest in it or grant any lease or licence or delegate any of its rights conferred by it. CSD will not engage “self-employed” staff in the provision of the Services but will provide employees engaged by it under service contracts.
NO ASSIGNMENT, ETC. You agree not to assign, charge, anticipate or give as security money payable under the LIF.
