No Assignment; No Third Party Beneficiaries. No party to this Agreement may assign its rights or delegate its duties hereunder without the prior written consent of the other party. Nothing herein, express or implied, shall give to any person, other than the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns, any benefit of any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim hereunder.
