No Assignment of Entire Insurance Policies. This Agreement shall not be considered as an attempted assignment of any policy of insurance in its entirety (as opposed to an assignment of rights under a policy), nor is it considered to be itself a contract of insurance, and further this Agreement shall not be construed to waive any right or remedy of any Party under or with respect to any Shared Policy and related programs, or any other contract or policy of insurance, and the Parties reserve all their rights thereunder.
