No Assignment of Entire Insurance Policies. This Agreement shall not be considered an attempted assignment of any policy of insurance in its entirety, nor is it considered to be itself a contract of insurance, and further this Agreement shall not be construed to waive any right or remedy of any member of the J&J Group under or with respect to any Commercial Insurance Policy or any other contract or policy of insurance.
