No Assignment or Delegation by Contractor. This Agreement creates a personal service contract for the services of general contractor. Neither Contractor’s interest in this Agreement, nor duties, nor fees due hereunder may be assigned or delegated to a third party. Any attempted assignment or delegation by Contractor shall be null and void.
No Assignment or Delegation by Contractor. Contractor may not assign any rights under this Agreement to any person or delegate any duties under this Agreement to any subcontractor or other person without the prior written consent of CalPERS.
