Common use of No Assignment or Revocation; Binding Effect Clause in Contracts

No Assignment or Revocation; Binding Effect. Neither this Subscription Agreement, nor any interest herein, shall be assignable by Subscriber without prior written consent of the Company. Subscriber hereby acknowledges and agrees that Subscriber is not entitled to cancel, terminate or revoke this Subscription Agreement and that it shall survive the death, incapacity, dissolution or bankruptcy of Subscriber. The provisions of this Subscription Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns.
