No Assignment or Transfer of Claims. The Parties, and each of them, warrant and represent to each other that they retain the sole right to and ownership of all rights, title and interest in and to every claim they release or assign herein and that they have not assigned, committed, or permitted, or agreed to any sale, encumbrance, hypothecation or transfer, whether by operation of law or otherwise, or otherwise transferred any interest in any of the claims they release or assign herein to any other person or entity.
