No Assumption of Liabilities Unless Expressly Assumed. Unless as specifically provided in Section 3.2 below, Buyer does not assume and shall not have any duty or obligation with respect to any liability, duty, contract, agreement, or obligation of Seller or Seller’s Owners, whether by the terms of this Agreement, by operation of law, or otherwise, whether or not associated with the Business or any of the Purchased Assets.
