Common use of No Assumption of Obligations Clause in Contracts

No Assumption of Obligations. Except as described in Section 3.03 below, the Purchaser shall not have any obligation or liability with respect to any PSL Revenues or the PSL Contracts, nor shall the Purchaser have any obligation or liability to any PSL Licensee (including any obligation to perform any of the obligations of the Seller under the PSL Contracts). The exercise of Purchaser of any rights under this Agreement shall not release the Seller from any of its duties or obligations under any such PSL Revenues or PSL Contracts.
