No Assumption or Transfer of GGP Plans. Except as otherwise specifically provided in the Agreement, the Spinco Group shall not assume sponsorship of or any administrative obligations under, or receive any right or interest in any trusts relating to, any assets of or any insurance, administration or other contracts pertaining to, or have any liability with respect to any of the GGP Plans.
