No Assurances of Employment; Shareholder Rights. Without limitation of Subsection 6(i) of this Agreement, this Agreement shall not confer upon Grantee any right with respect to continuance of employment with the Company or any of its direct or indirect subsidiaries, nor shall it interfere in any way with the right of the Company and its direct and indirect subsidiaries to terminate such employment or to demote Grantee for any reason or no reason at any time and from time to time. Grantee shall have none of the rights of a shareholder with respect to Common Shares subject to the Options unless and until such Common Shares shall have been issued to Grantee in accordance with this Agreement and the Plan (as evidenced by the records of the transfer agent of the Company).
