Common use of No Authorizations Clause in Contracts

No Authorizations. except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, no authorization, approval, order, licence, permit, consent, certificate or registration of any Governmental Authority, court, or arbitrator, and no registration, declaration or filing by the Purchaser with any Governmental Authority, court or arbitrator, is required in order for the Purchaser: (i) to duly perform and observe the terms and provisions of this Agreement; (ii) to execute and deliver all other documents and instruments to be delivered by the Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement; and (iii) to render this Agreement legal, valid, binding and enforceable in accordance with its terms;
