No Automatic Dissolution. Neither shall the death, retirement, resignation, bankruptcy, withdrawal or dissolution of a Member, nor shall the occurrence of any other event that results in a Member ceasing to be a Member of the Company, cause the Company to be dissolved or its affairs to be wound up; and, upon the occurrence of any such event, the Company shall continue without dissolution.

  • Dissolution The Company shall be dissolved and its affairs shall be wound up on the first to occur of the following:

At the expiration of such 180-day period or the scheduled expiration date, whichever is the earlier, this option shall terminate and the only rights hereunder shall be those as to which the option was properly exercised before such termination. If the Optionee is a corporation, partnership, trust or other entity that is dissolved, liquidated, becomes subject to a voluntary or involuntary bankruptcy proceeding, has a receiver appointed for all or a substantial portion of its property or enters into a merger or acquisition with respect to which such optionee is not the surviving entity at the time when such entity is involved in a Business Relationship with the Corporation, this Option shall immediately terminate as of the date of such event, and the only rights hereunder shall be those as to which this option was properly exercised before such dissolution or other event.

  • Involuntary In certain cases, THE CARRIER is responsible for the interruption of the Passenger’s trip due to some irregularity. THE CARRIER may reimburse the total or partial amount of the ticket, as follows:

Each such notice of a Conversion shall, within the restrictions specified above, specify (i) the date of such Conversion, (ii) the Revolving Loans to be Converted, and (iii) if such Conversion is into Eurodollar Rate Revolving Loans, the duration of the initial Interest Period for each such Revolving Loan. Each notice of Conversion shall be irrevocable and binding on the Borrower.
