No Bankruptcy Petition Against the Owner. The Manager will not, prior to the date that is one year and one day after the payment in full of all Outstanding Obligations under the Indenture or obligations of the Issuer under any of the other Transaction Documents, institute against the Owner, or join any other Person in instituting against the Owner, an Insolvency Proceeding. The provision of this Section 15 shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
