Common use of No Bankruptcy Petition Clause in Contracts

No Bankruptcy Petition. The Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee, the Trust and the Servicer each covenants and agrees that it will not at any time institute against, or join any other Person in instituting against, the Depositor or the Trust any bankruptcy, reorganization, arrangement, insolvency or liquidation proceedings or other proceedings under any federal or state bankruptcy or similar law. This Section 10.12 shall survive the resignation or removal of the Owner Trustee under the Trust Agreement and the Indenture Trustee under the Indenture and shall survive the termination of the Trust Agreement and the Indenture.
