Common use of No Bar to Further Actions Clause in Contracts

No Bar to Further Actions. Except as provided by law, no action or proceeding brought or instituted under Article Ten and this Guarantee and no recovery or judgment in pursuance thereof shall be a bar or defense to any further action or proceeding which may be brought under this Article Ten and the Guarantee by reason of any further default or defaults under this Article Ten and the Guarantee or in the payment of any of the Indenture Obligations owing by the Company.
