No Beneficiary Designated. In the absence of an effective Beneficiary Designation Form, or if all stated Beneficiaries predecease the Executive or die prior to complete distribution of the Executive’s Benefit, then the Executive’s designated Beneficiary shall be deemed to be Executive’s lawful spouse or registered domestic partner, or if none exists, Executive’s estate.
